Our vision is to provide the tools for mediators to meet client’s needs in a supportive and holistic way. Let us help you to overcome the barriers to mediation and provide safe, inclusive access to quality mediation services. We support individuals working with clients and their families to improve their practice through training, by sharing knowledge and expertise.

The Team
Our trainers and assessors come from a broad background of expertise and are specialists in their field, such as pensions and financial specialists, practising family mediators and social workers specialising in family matters and care issues. We are proud to say that we have a fantastic team of trainers.
Be assured that the training you receive is derived and built from knowledge, qualifications and actual experience. Each module will be either delivered by, or assessed by, a subject matter expert.
By enrolling on our training courses, you will be provided with a dedicated learning mentor to answer any queries you may have and support you through your learning journey.
