Louise Carrington-Dye is Integrum’s PPC,  Lead Educator and Principal Mediator, she has been an accredited family mediator for eight years and a professional practice consultant.  She has over twenty years’ experience as a family practitioner, a para legal, a special needs teacher and is a qualified Social Worker. She also has extensive experience in child and young people counselling and as a restorative practitioner which she also offers.  She now works as a mediator (family and civil), a parenting assessor, child counsellor and a trainer and supervisor. She has produced written reports for family matters in the family courts and is a pioneer in restorative parenting practices.
