This course is mandatory for the Family Mediation Foundation training and will be refunded against to cost of part two of the foundation mediation training course.

Family Mediation Foundation Training

Course cost – £2250.00

We are in the process of gaining FMC accreditation for the Foundation Family Mediation Training and are operating a waiting list for our first course to be carried out at Milton Keynes early 2020:

  • Module One- Online learning – 20 hours – Release Date TBC
  • Module Two. Three Days Milton Keynes – Release Date TBC.
  • Module Three.  Three Days Milton Keynes – Release Date TBC.
  • Module Four.  Three Days Milton Keynes – Release Date TBC.

Further course start dates will be released post accreditation in alternative locations.

There will be online learning and research to be completed before, during and after this which you will be notified of.

Terms and Conditions

1. Fees and payment terms
Fees include all pre course materials, direct delivery of the course, assessments by the trainers, all training materials and the services of your designated learning mentor during the course.
Refreshments will be provided during the day including lunch. Dietary requirements must be identified by the participant at the time of booking. Integrum or its partners cannot be held responsible should you fail to do this.
Any accommodation and travel costs are not the responsibility of Integrum. Information on local hotels, and assistance in sourcing suitable accommodation, can be provided by our administration team without prejudice.
Full payment for all training is due four weeks before the start of the course or the date of the first module, (unless you are using the instalment method- see below). Where this is not received, your place on the course may be withdrawn, although it may be possible to join a later course.
Instalment method- Our instalment payment method is available over four monthly payments. There will be an administration cost of £45. This must be paid at the time of booking, together with your deposit. Payment of your deposit plus the administration charge must be received, and your instalment agreement accepted, before you will receive confirmation of your place on the course. You may pay the outstanding instalments consecutively, one month after the date of the preceding payments. In exceptional circumstances, the instalment method may be extended as long as all modules are completed within eighteen months of completion of the first module.
2. Cancellation or date changes
Integrum reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule the training course, due to lack of numbers or unavoidable circumstance. If participants cannot be accommodated on an alternative course, a full refund will be given. Integrum cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled or re-scheduled course.
If you cancel your booking four weeks or more prior to the start date, Integrum will refund the full course fees less an administration fee of £150 for foundation training and £45 for other modular courses. If you cancel your booking between two and four weeks prior to the start date, a 50% refund will be given. Two weeks or less prior to the start of the course or failure to attend will result in loss of full payment.
Participant substitutions can be made up to three days prior to the start of the course with an administration charge of £45.
Rescheduling your booking to a later course will result in an administration fee of £45.
3. Reasonable adjustment
Integrum will do everything they can to make reasonable adjustments to the course in order to meet the requirements of our participants. Integrum will provide a full assessment of learner needs before and during the course. Participants need to make their requirements clear before booking and wait for confirmation that these needs can be met. The assessment process will require taking part in role plays and other tasks in order to ascertain the level of skill reached.
4. Copyright
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials remain the sole and exclusive property of Integrum. In participating in the course, you undertake that you will not copy or permit the photocopying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties, nor use the same for running your own courses unless agreed in advance and in writing by Integrum.
5. Qualification
Participants should note that successful completion of Integrum family mediation courses requires participants to demonstrate an understanding of the underlying principles, and competence of the skills required for mediation.
Trainers use assessment documents which specifically identify these competence standards and you will be graded against them. You will be shown these assessment documents on the course as you progress. Whilst every effort is made to support your learning and in supporting you to achieve your qualification, we cannot guarantee that every participant attending will achieve the qualification.
6. Indemnity
All information provided by Integrum is given in good faith and Integrum will not be held responsible for actions taken by the participant, or any other individual or organisation as a result of the information provided during the training course.
7. Queries
If you have any questions or queries regarding these terms and conditions, you must put these in writing to Integrum prior to enrolling on the course. Your place will not be assured until the answers to any queries have been clarified in writing by Integrum.
